Carmen offers two levels of Christian Life Coaching, each rooted in faith, discernment, and personal responsibility. Both options provide Christ-centered guidance—the difference is the level of access, accountability, and intensity.

Level 1: Foundation Christian Life Coaching 

(Entry - Level)

Clarity. Discernment. Direction.

Foundation Coaching is designed for women who are seeking guidance, perspective, and spiritual clarity—but are not yet ready for a high-accountability, immersive coaching relationship.

​

This option provides space to slow down, reflect, and listen for God’s direction with support from a seasoned Christian Life Coach.

​

What This Includes: 

  • One-on-one coaching sessions (scheduled cadence)

  • Faith-centered guidance grounded in Scripture

  • Support with decision-making, transitions, and life clarity

  • Reflection prompts and next-step insights between sessions

 

This coaching relationship focuses on awareness, alignment, and intentional movement forward—without the pressure of constant accountability.

Level 2: VIP Christian Life Coaching 

(High-Accountability Partnership)

VIP Coaching is a private, high-touch partnership for women who are ready to stop circling the same patterns and step fully into obedience, responsibility, and growth.

​

This experience is intentionally designed for depth, consistency, and follow-through.

​

What This Includes:

  • Private one-on-one coaching with priority scheduling

  • Heightened accountability rooted in grace and truth

  • Ongoing support between sessions for real-life application

  • Personalized guidance tailored to your calling and commitments

  • A long-term coaching relationship focused on lasting change

This is not occasional coaching—it is a partnership built on trust, honesty, and commitment.

Carmen works closely with a limited number of VIP clients to ensure each woman receives the presence, care, and attention required for meaningful transformation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • All coaching sessions must be scheduled and used within 6 months of purchase. 

  • It is your responsibility to schedule your coaching sessions for a time that works in your schedule. Coaching sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.

  • If you arrive late to your Coaching session, you will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

  • If you go past your allotted coaching session time, you may be charged for an additional session at Coach Carmen's discretion.
