For this reason, Coach Carmen now offers a choice based on your specific need: Accountability Calls or FitSouls Freedom Coaching.

What is an Accountability Call? Accountability calls are meant as basic check-ins against the 8-pillars of the FitSouls program to help you stay accountable and on-track with your health and wellness goals. Sometimes, knowing that we will have to own our actions with our coach is what we need to stay committed to our goals. These calls will NOT exceed 30 minutes. If all you need is accountability, select the appropriate package from the form below to purchase 1, 3, or 6 Accountability Calls.

What is Freedom Coaching? Coach Carmen has invested thousands of dollars in her continued education and certifications over the last several years giving her the credentials to help her clients address life's bigger challenges that are impacting total well-being. Whether you have aging parents, a difficult marriage, unmanaged stress, chronic illness, unmanaged emotions, or "fill in the blank" as Coach Carmen likes to say, Freedom Coaching is designed to step you through how to manage these challenges using a Biblically oriented approach, versus allowing them to manage you. These sessions will NOT exceed 50 minutes and offer tremendous value for your investment. To see results, a minimum of 4 sessions is recommended. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All calls and coaching sessions must be scheduled and used within 6 months of purchase.
It is your responsibility to schedule your calls or coaching sessions for a time that works in your schedule. Calls and coaching sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.
If you arrive late to your Call or Coaching session, you will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
If you go past 30 minutes for an Accountability Call or 50 minutes for a Freedom Coaching Session, you will be charged for an additional session.
